1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home and utility products: step stools, door stoppers, and carpets.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS

For Step Stools (ASTM / 16 CFR 1232 for children's step stools):

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully if required.

  • Do not exceed weight capacity.

  • For folding step stools, ensure all locking mechanisms are fully engaged before use.

  • Keep away from children – pinch points and small parts may pose hazards.

  • Place on level, stable surface.

For Door Stoppers (General Safety):

  • Ensure proper placement – door stopper must be positioned to prevent door from fully closing.

  • For adhesive models, clean surface before installation.

  • Keep away from children – small parts may pose choking hazard (16 CFR § 1500.19).

For Carpets (Flammability – 16 CFR 1630):

  • Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping.

  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames.

  • Not intended for use on stairs without proper securement.

  • Carpets that fail flammability testing are permanently labeled with required warning.

4. Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
For step stools intended for children 12 and under, we provide a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) based on third-party testing at a CPSC-accepted laboratory.

5. Tracking Labels (16 CFR Part 1130)
Children's step stools include permanent tracking labels as required by law.

6. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed on product pages and packaging.

7. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper use of step stools, door stopper failure, slipping on carpets).

9. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
